My Story with Cooking
Meet Mari, a passionate person that loves cooking.
At the tender age of 6, I embarked on a culinary adventure that would forever shape my life. Cooking, for me, has always symbolized family, particularly my paternal roots. By the time I was 15, I had already taken pastry and candy courses, igniting my passion for all things culinary. Over the years, I delved into savory dishes with equal enthusiasm. My favorite book, “Como Agua para Chocolate” by Laura Esquivel, beautifully captures my connection to cooking, where emotions and flavors intertwine. To me, cooking is synonymous with family, and anyone who enjoys my creations becomes a part of my extended culinary family.

My approach to food is rooted in a hands-on knowledge base philosophy. I’m passionate about researching and studying food, but I don’t wait until I’m an expert to dive into my kitchen and start experimenting. I believe in developing practical know-how, and through applied knowledge, I’ve stumbled upon numerous intriguing discoveries in the world of food.
